During my time in Hid, I’ve learned so much about wicfood and the process of cooking for the gods. It had surprised me when I’d been permitted to advance to Journeyman status early, and I hadn’t expected to be allowed such a privilege again.

But the voices’ little chat with Seelt must have had a bigger impact than I’d originally thought because she sponsored me to test for advanced placement into the Yarl Cook program.

I know I have the skills, but will the prejudices against humans stop me from achieving my dreams?
